    I work at this business, but before I came to work here I got to experience the services from the Attorneys/staff in the office. I hired Cameron Bendixsen for an Estate case that I had. Cameron along with the other staff at this office were very easy to talk to and always explained everything so that i was able to walk away from our meetings feeling secure in what was ongoing with my case. Even though I work here and this review may seem fixed I swear that it is not! I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a case in need of an Attorney.

    First I'll say that Wendy the receptionist is a nice lady, very polite. That being said, Steve the policy writer, is anything but. Knowledge of the product you sell is important, he lacks this basic information. He talks down to people who he feels better than. He acts like a spoiled child when frustrated with questions he cannot answer. He tried to say I needed to drop my current policy and start 3 with him. Despite that my current policy is far better. He won't give you a quote for anything, no matter how much info he has. I found there are much better companies out there that will actually help you and explain the policy. Overall, a huge waste of time, don't bother with this company.

    The office ladies are very helpful about gardening. I had questions about when to plant specific flowers and soil issues. I found this information very valuable. I was referred to a soil testing place and had good customer service as well.

    Jason and staff are friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Whether it be a claim, quote or question they are always quick to respond to my needs. I am the first to admit that I do not understand much about insurance policies and they are more than willing to fully explain all of my options while being patient answering my questions. I feel like I am in good hands with an agency I can fully trust!
